01/ how you start

Two commands. Then you just ask.

No separate AI builder to pay for: jtakeit plugs into the agent you already use — Claude Code, or any client that speaks MCP.

  1. 1

    once

    Connect your agent

The second command opens the panel: sign in with Google or an email link, approve, and you are connected. No API key to copy.

  2. 2

The agent sets up the project, writes the pages and the booking, builds it and hands you a link for the client.

  3. 3

It goes live, and you bill

You pay jtakeit a wholesale price per live site, less as you have more. What you charge the client is yours to set.

02/ online booking

Online booking that lives on your client’s website

Appointments, restaurant tables, rooms by the night and places in a class — booked right on the page, with deposits paid into the business’s own Stripe. No commission, and one flat price per site however big the team.

of the visit

A salon with 30 new clients a month at €80: €480–€840 a month to a marketplace. On jtakeit: €4–€8 a month per site, flat.

Treatwell 35%, Booksy up to 30%, Fresha 20% of a new client’s first booking, per their published terms, October 2026. Stripe’s own card fees apply in every case.

One system, ten kinds of business

  • By the hour, with a personSalons, barbers, clinics — each master keeps their own hours.
  • A table for the partyRestaurants — the smallest table that seats them is theirs.
  • By the nightHotels and apartments — with check-in and check-out hours.
  • By the dayCar and equipment rental — from hand-out to hand-back.
  • A place in a classStudios and courses — each class has its places.
  • A price by the hour of the weekLanes, studios, coworking — Friday night costs more than Tuesday morning.

03/ what the client gets

Your client edits the words. Your layout stays yours.

The owner taps a heading on their own site and types. There is no “add block” button: they fill in only what you declared, so nothing you built can break.

  • Text, photos and prices — only what you declared editable.
  • Undo and a history of every change, in the panel.
  • Every save is a commit in your repository.

04/ after launch

Keep the client and bill them monthly, or hand the site over

Set your price and charge your client every month on your own Stripe — we send the invoices and take no percentage. Or send one link, and the site, its repository and the bill move to them.

Keep it

A care plan that bills itself

Your price, monthly or yearly, by card or by invoice. We send the invoices and the reminders; the money lands in your Stripe whole.

Unpaid for 14 days? If you choose, editing pauses — the site stays up.

Hand it over

A clean handover in one link

The client sees whose site it is and what it costs before signing in, takes it over and pays us directly. The repository goes with it, and you step out.

Want you back later? They let you in from People.

Either way, enquiries and bookings export as CSV at any time. No site is held hostage — by anyone.

05/ languages and journal

Every language the business speaks, on one site

In Zürich it’s German, in Lausanne French, in Lugano Italian — and the visitors read English. One site carries them all, each at its own address, and the owner edits every language in the same panel.

  • One address, the language in front — /menu, /fr/menu, /it/menu.
  • hreflang written for you, so the versions don’t compete in search.
  • The switcher lists only languages that exist, so nobody lands on a 404.

A journal, a menu, a portfolio. The owner writes the entries in the panel; the site lists them, pages through them and puts them in the sitemap. Drafts stay hidden until they are done.

  • Journal
  • Menu
  • Portfolio
  • Vacancies

06/ seo

Found by search engines — and by AI assistants

Every build is checked before it can go live, and the scaffold writes what Google and ChatGPT read. Nobody has to remember a checkbox at launch.

  • Sitemap, canonicals, hreflangWritten on every build from the pages the site actually has.
  • Structured dataThe business and the questions on the page, the way search engines read them.
  • llms.txtA plain summary of the site for the AI assistants that land on it.
  • Fast static pagesBuilt ahead of time into static files, served from the edge.

07/ pricing

Resell every site at your own price

You pay a wholesale price per live site that falls as you have more of them. You charge your client what you like and keep the difference — we never take a percentage.

10 live sites at €49 a month: you charge €490, you pay €60, you keep €430.

08/ questions

Questions developers ask first

What is jtakeit?
jtakeit is the backend for client sites that developers build with AI. Your agent writes the site — the pages, what the owner may edit and the words — into a git repository; jtakeit runs the panel the business owner uses, enquiries and bookings, payments, backups, hosting, the domain and SEO guardrails.
Do I have to use Claude Code?
No single agent is required. jtakeit’s MCP server is how an agent talks to the platform: Claude Code or any other MCP client connects to it, and you approve it in the panel. The site itself is an ordinary project in git — Astro by default, or React, Vue or Svelte on any framework that prerenders its pages — so you can also read and change every file yourself.
Can I resell jtakeit to my clients?
Yes, it is built for resale. You build the site, the client signs off on a preview, and it goes live. You pay jtakeit a wholesale price per live site, charge your client your own price and keep the difference. Invoice the client yourself or bill through the platform on your own Stripe; jtakeit never takes a percentage.
How is jtakeit priced?
You pay a wholesale price per live site per month: €9 for the site and €8 for online booking while you have one to four live sites, falling to €5 and €4 from twenty. Yearly is ten months’ price. A site costs nothing until it goes live, and prices are in euros before tax.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Deposits and payments for bookings go straight to the business’s own Stripe account, and jtakeit never takes a share of them — there is no new-client fee either. Stripe charges its own card fees, as it would anywhere.
Is this an alternative to Fresha, Booksy or Treatwell?
For a business that already has its clients, yes. The booking lives on its own website, with no marketplace listing its competitors beside it and no fee on a new client’s first visit. What jtakeit does not do is bring new clients the way a marketplace does.
Can my client break the design?
No. The owner edits the site by tapping text on it, and can only fill in the fields the site’s catalogue declares. There is no add-page or add-block button, by design, so layout and styling stay in your code.
What if my client stops paying me?
If you bill your client through jtakeit, you choose whether the site freezes once an invoice is fourteen days overdue: editing, publishing and new bookings stop, but the site stays online. Paying unfreezes it at once. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I hand the site over to my client?
Yes. From the site’s screen you make one link, valid for fourteen days. Your client sees whose site it is and what it costs before signing in, takes it over and pays jtakeit directly. The repository goes with it and you step out — and they can let you back in from People at any time.
What happens to client data if a subscription lapses?
Enquiries and bookings export as a spreadsheet (CSV) and as JSON, and export never requires a live subscription. Nothing is deleted because a subscription lapsed. The site itself is a git repository you already hold.
Can I sign up today?
Yes: sign-up for jtakeit is open to everyone, in its panel at admin.jtakeit.com. Building and previewing a site cost nothing; you pay a wholesale price per site only once it goes live.
