What’s included in every live site
One price per live site covers the parts of a client site you don’t want to operate. Bookings — paid straight to the business’s own Stripe — are the one add-on.

Forms are protected against spam, and enquiries arrive in Telegram, email or the admin inbox.
Hosting and the domain
The static site is hosted by the platform, on the client’s own domain.

Run by the platform — and every save is a commit in the repository you keep.
Billing
Bill the client through the platform on your own Stripe, or invoice them yourself.
CSV and JSON export
Enquiries and bookings export whenever the client wants, with no live subscription needed.
SEO guardrails
A build with noindex, a robots.txt that blocks crawlers, an empty sitemap or a canonical on another host is refused.
Preview before launch
The client signs off on the real site before it goes live — and before it costs you anything.

How reselling works
jtakeit is a wholesale cost, not your client’s price. You decide what the client pays, and the difference is yours, whole — never a percentage.

Invite the owner with one link and the site becomes theirs — enquiries, bookings and money — or keep running it for them. Their data exports as CSV or JSON any time.
An example
Purely as an illustration — €50 is a figure you would choose, not a market rate. If you charge a client €50 a month for their site and you have 1–4 live sites, jtakeit costs you €9 a month for it and leaves you €41. With 20+ live sites, the same site leaves you €45.

Pricing questions
- Do I pay anything before launch?
- No. Signing up, building and previewing a site cost nothing. You pay only for sites that are live; a site in progress, in preview or waiting for the client’s sign-off is free.
- Is it monthly or yearly?
- Either. Every tier has a monthly and a yearly price per live site, and the yearly one costs less than twelve months of the monthly one. The calculator above shows both.
- What is the bookings add-on?
- An extra price per live site that takes bookings: the diary module, with paid bookings going straight to the business’s own Stripe. It follows the same tiers as the site price, monthly or yearly, and a site without bookings doesn’t pay it.
- Do you take a percentage of what I charge?
- No, never. You pay a fixed wholesale price per live site and set your own price to your client; the difference is yours, whole. Invoice the client yourself, or bill through the platform on your own Stripe.
- Are prices before tax?
- Yes. All prices are wholesale, in euros, and exclude tax.
