Online booking for client sites

An online booking system built into every client site

Salons, restaurants, clinics, rentals: the booking runs on the site you build, on what the business really books — masters, tables, rooms, cars — and paid bookings go straight to the business’s own Stripe.

01/ how it works

How an online booking system works on a client site

The booking runs on what the business really has. Your agent points it at the services and at the people, places or things they occupy; visitors book on the site; the owner runs the diary in the panel.

  • Services

What may be booked. Each has a length and, if the business wants, a price — a service with a price can be paid online. Booked by the hour or by the day.

  • Resources

What a booking occupies: doctors, masters, barbers, chairs, tables, rooms, cars, desks, halls, classes. Each can keep its own weekly hours and say which services it does.

  • Classes

Groups of resources with a price of their own: a fleet’s economy, comfort and van, a hotel’s room types.

  • One list, not two

The booking works on the entries the owner already edits on the site — the same services, the same masters — never on a second copy kept somewhere else.

02/ the diary

The owner runs the diary in the same panel

Once the site is live, the bookings belong to the business. The owner sets the rules in the panel where they already edit the text of the site — there is no second app to learn.

  • Opening hours. When the business takes bookings — and each master, doctor or room can keep a week of its own.
  • Days off. The days the business is closed.
  • Confirmation. Automatic, or by hand when the business wants to approve each booking itself, the way a practice confirms its appointments.
  • A cancellation window. How close to the time a booking may still be cancelled.
  • Payment. None, a deposit or the full price — paid straight to the business’s own Stripe.

03/ by kind of business

Salon booking, table reservations, clinic appointments — and more

Bookings come as ready-made kits, one for each kind of business. Your agent takes the kit whole, so the booking speaks the trade’s own words from the first build — a master, a table, a room.

  • Salon & barbershop booking system

Masters with their own hours, each doing the services they do — Natalie does gel, Mara does pedicure. A barbershop books its barbers the same way.

  • Restaurant & table reservation system

Tables by party size: each table has its seats, and the smallest one that fits the party is offered first. A table is booked for a sitting.

  • Clinic appointment booking

Appointments with a doctor, confirmed by the practice — for a clinic or a dental practice.

  • Hotel & apartments

Hotel rooms by the night, in room types with a price of their own. Apartments by the night, with check-in and check-out hours.

  • Car & equipment rental

Cars by the day in classes — economy, comfort, van — each with its own price, told apart by colour and plate. Equipment by the day, told apart by serial number.

  • Classes, coworking, photo studio

A timetable of classes whose places share a slot. Desks and rooms by the hour or the day. Studio halls by the hour, with set-up time between sessions.

10 kits, ready-made

  • Clinic & dental
  • Salon & barbershop
  • Restaurant
  • Hotel
  • Apartments
  • Car rental
  • Equipment rental
  • Photo studio
  • Coworking
  • Classes

Each kit is taken whole, in the trade’s own words. A kit invents no prices or hours — those come from your brief.

04/ payments

Online payment when they book — straight to the business’s Stripe

Payment is decided per service. A service with a price can be paid online as it is booked; a service without one is simply booked.

  • None, a deposit or in full — the owner chooses in the panel.
  • Straight to the business’s own Stripe. The money doesn’t pass through your account, and you never hold your client’s takings.
  • No price, no payment. A service without a price — a free consultation, say — is booked without paying anything.
  • Your price stays yours. What you charge your client for the site is between the two of you; their customers pay the business.

05/ on the site

A booking system for your website, not beside it

Not a widget or an embed from another service: the booking is part of the client site you build — on its domain, in its design, run from its panel.

  • On the client’s own domain

Visitors book on the business’s own site, in its own design — not on a page that belongs to somebody else.

  • One panel

The owner runs the diary in the same panel where they edit the text of the site.

  • Every language the site has

On a multilingual site the owner edits every language version in the same panel, and each one is the same address with the language in front.

  • Pages that are the site’s own

The pages around the booking are the site’s own pages, found in search with the rest of it and held to the same SEO guardrails.

  • Handed over with the site

Invite the owner with one link and the site becomes theirs — the bookings and the money included.

  • Their data, any time

Bookings export as CSV or JSON whenever the client wants, without a live subscription.

06/ what it costs

What the online booking add-on costs

Bookings are an add-on to a live site, priced per site in the same tiers as the site itself: €4 to €8 a month before tax, less per site the more of your sites are live. A site without bookings doesn’t pay it, and nothing is charged before launch.

Every price, with a calculator, on the pricing page →

Bookings add-on, per live site

  1. 1–4 live sites€8 a monthor €80 a year
  2. 5–9 live sites€6 a monthor €60 a year
  3. 10–19 live sites€5 a monthor €50 a year
  4. 20+ live sites€4 a monthor €40 a year

Wholesale, in euros, before tax. You resell it with the site at your own price.

07/ for developers

Your agent sets it up from the kit — you resell it with the site

You don’t configure a booking system by hand. Ask your agent in plain words, and it takes the kit for that kind of business and points it at what the site already lists.

  • Ask in plain words: “add online booking for the barbershop’s masters”.
  • The kit, taken whole. The booking speaks the trade’s words from the first build.
  • The facts come from your brief — prices, hours and days off — never from the kit.
  • Resell it with the site at your own price. You pay the add-on wholesale, and the difference is yours.

08/ questions

Online booking questions

Can clients pay online when they book?
Yes, when the service has a price. The owner chooses in the panel whether a booking is paid not at all, with a deposit or in full, and the money goes straight to the business’s own Stripe. A service without a price, such as a free consultation, is simply booked without payment.
Does each master or doctor have their own schedule?
Yes. Every resource — a master, a doctor, a barber, a room — can keep its own weekly hours and say which services it does: Natalie does gel, Mara does pedicure. The owner sets the business’s opening hours and days off in the panel.
Can a restaurant take table reservations by party size?
Yes. Each table has its seats, and the smallest table that fits the party is offered first — a couple is offered a table for two before the table for eight. A table is booked for a sitting. The restaurant kit sets this up in the trade’s own words.
What kinds of businesses are supported?
There are ready-made kits for ten kinds of business: clinic and dental, salon and barbershop, restaurant, hotel, apartments, car rental, equipment rental, photo studio, coworking, and classes. Each kit is taken whole and speaks the trade’s own words. A kit invents no prices, hours or days off — those come from your brief.
How much does the booking add-on cost?
It is priced per live site that takes bookings, monthly or yearly, in the same tiers as the site itself — less per site the more of your sites are live. A site without bookings doesn’t pay it, and nothing is charged before launch. The numbers are on the pricing page.
Do bookings go through my account or the business’s?
The business’s. Paid bookings go straight to the business’s own Stripe and never pass through your account. What you charge your client for the site is separate: you pay jtakeit a wholesale price per live site and set your own price.
Can my agent set it up?
Yes. Ask it in plain words — “add online booking for the barbershop’s masters” — and it takes the kit for that kind of business whole and points it at the services and the people or things the site already lists. The owner then runs the diary in the panel.
